Choosing your piece
What sizes do you offer, and what do they cost? Every design comes in eight sizes, as a canvas or a framed canvas. Prices are in USD:

Framed pieces may measure slightly larger overall because of the frame.
How do I pick the right size? A good rule of thumb: over a sofa, bed, or console, aim for art that spans roughly 60–75% of the furniture beneath it. 8x10 and 12x16 suit shelves, nightstands, and nurseries. 24x36 and 30x40 work on most walls. 36x48 and up are statement pieces for big walls. What's the difference between canvas and framed? Canvas pieces arrive ready to hang. No frame needed. Framed pieces are framed canvas, finished in your choice of Gold, Natural Oak, or Black.
Will the colors look like they do on my screen? Very close, but every screen and every room's lighting shows color a little differently. If something arrives noticeably off from the listing, email us.
Which Bible translation do you use? The Scripture passages on our site are from the King James Version (KJV).
Do you do custom pieces? Custom orders are not offered yet.
Ordering
What payment methods do you accept? You can pay with any of the payment options shown at checkout. Checkout is handled securely by Shopify.
Can I change or cancel my order? Contact us at support@picturehim.com as soon as possible. Every piece is made to order, and we can't guarantee changes once production starts. Our 30-day return policy still applies.
Shipping
Where do you ship? Within the United States only. P.O. boxes are accepted for smaller pieces. APO/FPO addresses are not available at this time.
How much is shipping? Standard ground shipping is $8 on orders under $70, $14 on orders from $70 to $99.99, and free on orders of $100 or more. Express shipping is $15 on every order. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
How long until it arrives? Each piece is made to order. Production takes 2–3 business days, then standard ground shipping takes 2–5 business days. Express speeds up transit only, not production. We'll email you a tracking link when your order ships. Details are in our Shipping Policy.
Where is your art made? Every Picture Him piece is printed in the USA. Picture Him is based in Lehi, Utah.
Returns & exchanges
What if I don't love it? You can return an unused piece in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. You pay return shipping. Email us with your order number to start. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after the piece comes back. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
What if I picked the wrong size? Within 30 days of delivery, you can exchange an unused piece for a different size of the same artwork. There's no exchange fee. You ship the original back, and we ship the new size free. We'll charge or refund the price difference. One exchange per order.
My piece arrived damaged. What now? We're sorry! Email support@picturehim.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the piece and the box. We'll send a free reprint or give you a refund.
Hanging & care
Does it come ready to hang? Yes. Every piece arrives ready to hang.
How do I care for my piece? Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Don't soak it or use cleaning chemicals. Keep it out of strong direct sunlight and away from damp, humid spots like bathrooms.
