1. Who we are

picturehim.com (the "Site") is operated by Picture Him ("Picture Him," "we," "us"), based in Lehi, Utah. By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Using the Site

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or use the Site with a parent's or guardian's involvement. You agree not to use the Site for anything unlawful, interfere with how it works, try to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or scrape or copy the Site's artwork or content.

3. Our products

• Colors and images. We work to show each piece accurately, but screens vary, so colors in person may look a little different. Some images on the Site are digital previews or mockups that show how a piece could look in a room. Frame, texture, and room styling in those images may differ from the finished product.
• Sizes. Sizes are listed in inches. Framed pieces may measure slightly larger overall because of the frame.
• Made to order. Every piece is made to order and printed in the USA after you order, so the production times in our Shipping Policy apply.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. You can pay with the payment options shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout, and we never see or store your full card number. If a product is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it's placed.

5. Orders

Your order confirmation email means we've received your order. It isn't yet a promise that we can fill it. We may limit or cancel orders, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or products we can't produce. If we cancel, you'll get a full refund.

6. Discount codes

Unless a promotion says otherwise, discount codes have no cash value, can't be applied to orders you've already placed, may not be combinable with other offers, and may end or change at any time.

7. Shipping, returns, and refunds

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

8. Artwork, Scripture, and intellectual property

All artwork, designs, photos, text, logos, and other content on the Site belong to Picture Him or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a piece gives you the physical artwork to display and enjoy. It doesn't give you the right to copy, reproduce, resell as prints, or use the artwork commercially.

Scripture quotations on the Site are from the King James Version (KJV), which is in the public domain in the United States.

9. Reviews, messages, and submissions

If you send us a review, photo, comment, or idea, you give us permission to use it in connection with Picture Him, including on the Site and in marketing, without payment to you. You're responsible for making sure what you send is yours to share and isn't unlawful or misleading. We won't edit reviews to change their meaning, and we won't publish reviews we haven't actually received.

10. Third-party services

The Site runs on Shopify and may use or link to other services, such as payment providers, shipping carriers, and email tools. We aren't responsible for third-party sites or services. Their own terms apply.

11. Disclaimers

Apart from what our policies expressly promise, the Site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that can't be waived.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Picture Him won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order won't exceed the amount you paid for that order.

13. Indemnity

You agree to cover Picture Him for claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from your breaking these Terms or misusing the Site.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
